WHY DO I HAVE TO CHANGE?
Change is uncomfortable. It’s scary. It requires effort! But it is also a natural part of life. All of us will manage change throughout our own lives, and sometimes we will be called to assist others through a change process. In this interactive session you will learn about the key features of change, how to identify worries and fears about change and strategies to manage the change process. Practical examples related to Toastmasters will be used as the basis for discussion. |
